Recruitment Policy
All applicants will be considered for employment based on their suitability to do the job.

If applicants are unsuitable for the job, which they have applied for, consideration will be given regarding other vacancies, which may be of interest to them.

All vacancies, which can not be filled through succession planning, will be advertised via notice boards and the intranet.

Vacancies may also be advertised at the same time through the job centres, the national and local press, or trade journals if applicable.

All internal applicants will be given an explanation as to why they have not been selected for interview or why their application was unsuccessful following interview.
